sir, if GSTR3b for August, submitted but final process remains in complete and status is submitted only, but not filed.
Is penalty applicablr, if submit now..

As per what i work i conclude that.....
If no return filed till date then penalty is from 200/- per day from 20 Sept to date of filing.
If you submit & filed on same day any time then no penalty.
If submitted by you & not filed by you then 200/- per day from date of submission to date of filing.
