20 March 2018 I have balance of ITC for CGST but in SGST my balance exhaust and require to pay tax. Is option to adjust CGST balance to SGST balance.

You can not adjust cgst with sgst.
However you can adjust Igst with Cgst first and sgst 2nd.

21 March 2018 No way for adjustment from CGST to SGST and SGST to CGST... You ll be pay GST for which one have not sufficient balance...
