15 February 2018 igst itc mistakenly claimed as cgst and sgst itc and paid cgst and sgst through it .... how we can resolve this??

16 February 2018 If you want claim the wrongly paid amount then you must pay correct head amount and adjust...

If you want adjustment then go to reverse the values in which is wrong feed...

Also explain your query yourself..

16 February 2018 First of all thank you for yor reply .....
Let me first tell u the whole scenario :
The same company hav two gst numbers (diff states) ...... Mistakenly considered interstate as intrastate i.e. both purchases shown in same gst number (didnt change the gst number of that company ) and claimed itc under cgst and sgst instead igst itc ....... So now when wil i reverse the cgst and sgst ..... I hav to pay the amount equal to itc reversed towards cgst and sgst???? So how to reclaim igst itc (wil i have to revise invoice entering correct gst number (Is this possible)) so that i can pay cgst from it .....
