17 November 2017 As per yesterday's webinar by GSTN portal and today's newspapers ads, the edit option is yet to be opened in the GSTN portal. Once its opened, it should be possible to make the changes in the submitted 3B. The ad says EDIT for submitted and not filed. lets see with HOPE.
