I am having Nil Return in July Period. I have filled GSTR 3B , GSTR 1 , GSTR 2 . but not able to file GSTR 3 . Please Help.
5 Days Passed from GSTR 2 Filling Date .

You can file GSTR-3 only after 31 Oct.............

Do i Need to file GSTR 1A.....i have no entry as july is nil return.

Yes every person having details in 1A to file it & no idea abt its penalty.
