How i can export JSON file downloaded from Portal to Excel sheet in GSTR OFFLINE UTILITY for GSTR 2

My issue is
I downloaded GSTR 2 JSON file from gst.gov.in
And this JSON file will open in GSTR OFFLINE UTILITY only.
My question is, is there any option in GSTR Offline Utility to convert this JSON file to Excel sheet, so that I can do my workings in Excel sheet and I will import into GST OFFLINE UTILITY like as GST 1 how we done and convert to JSON file and I will upload the same in gst portal.
Ultimately i want to know is there any option to convert downloaded JSON file to Excel sheet in GSTR Offline Utility
