my July GSTR 1 is not submit..
any late fee if I file it now ...

Late Fee Rs. 200 /day applicable for late filing returns.... Maximum Rs. 10k...
But,
In my view, the return date extended to Upnormal due. So, we can get any relaxation from CBEC.... It's only my opinion...
Wait and see any availability...

one more thing GSTR 1 could not be filed before the due date of GSTR 2. currently due date of Jul GSTR 1 has been extended Upto 30 Nov. So you can file your GSTR 1 only from 1st December. Yes, you may pray for late fees weiver for such extended period.

You cannot file now.
you can file GSTR 1 after GSTR 2 due date is over.
GSTR due date is 30th Nov.
You can file GSTR 1 from 1st Dec by paying late fee of 200 per day max 10,000

Rs. 10k (Rs. 5k each CGST and SGST)....
But, You can't file today. You can file from 1st December...
