02 November 2017 Dear Mr.Sunil Sharma, As of now we cannot file GSTR 1 for the month of July till GSTR 2 Filing due date is closed. Yes you Can file GSTR 2 even without filing GSTR 1 You can file GSTR1 after 30th of November,2017
