GSTR 1 - Credit Note

While filing GSTR 1 for Jan to Mar 2020 quarter, i forgot to mention the serial no. of Credit Notes in documents issued section. How to rectify this?

If sr.No. forget to mention in the section 13 of gstr-1, please inform your jurisdiction gst range office in writing including the actual document which already you filled in credit note section (take screen shot/details from gstr-1 summary) and missed to fill in the table 13.
