THE PROPRIETOR HAS TWO BUSINESS, ONE BUSINESS IS REGISTERED IN GST UNDER VOLUNTARY BASIS AND OTHER BUSINESS IS NOT REGISTERED IN GST .
IS IT COMPULSORY THAT OTHER BUSINESS IS ALSO REGISTERED UNDER GST.
IF YES PLEASE GUIDE WITH SECTION .

Sir, if the business is in Other Name. eg GST in the name of Rani Bangels and other business in which gst is not registered in the name of M/S Rohit Kumar.
then it is compulsory to register M/s Rohit Kumar in GST
