20 April 2022 THE PROPRIETOR HAS TWO BUSINESS, ONE BUSINESS IS REGISTERED IN GST UNDER VOLUNTARY BASIS AND OTHER BUSINESS IS NOT REGISTERED IN GST .
IS IT COMPULSORY THAT OTHER BUSINESS IS ALSO REGISTERED UNDER GST.

21 April 2022 Sir, if the business is in Other Name. eg GST in the name of Rani Bangels and other business in which gst is not registered in the name of M/S Rohit Kumar.
then it is compulsory to register M/s Rohit Kumar in GST

21 April 2022 Yes, add it in the existing GST registration.

Step 1: Log in to the GST portal. Step 2: Under 'Services', select 'Registration' and then 'Amendment of Registration Core Fields'. Step 3: Click on the 'Additional place of business in GST' tile and add the asked details.
