I AM B.COM( HIONS IN ACCOUNTANCY) GOING FOR APPLY FOR GST TAX PRACTIONER FROM ASSAM IS IT COMPULSORRY NEED ADHAR CARD? BUT IN ASSAM NO ISSUE ADHAR CARD AT ALL. THEN HOW CAN I APPLY? PLEASE ADVICE ITS IMPORTANT. THANKS.......................

If Aadhar card is not issued it will not be compulsory use your PAN card if available. Proof of residence and your degree certificate should be enough for registration.
