Gst services to non residents

07 September 2017 Dear sir,

I provide some services to non residents . I charge commission on the same. Would i be liable for GST if my commission income crosses Rs 20 lakhs. Also if GST applicable , from whom shall i recover the same.

08 September 2017 I am agent for a non resident party. Non resident party sells goods in India online from out of India.I provide non sales service i.e collecting payment , packing goods ,etc. in India and i charge commission on invoice value for the same
