Sir Meri proprietorship firm have meri Usme meri income is ₹ 710000 Tax after relief-36000 Tax paid under tds ,tcs -200000 Refund-164000 1.Will 86b is applicable on me aur not 2. Anyone tell whether rule86b is applicable on cess aur not
