One of my client is doing water supply through tanker to industries so should i register him under composition scheme or normal.

My client supplies Well Water by Tankers, But then is GST applicable on transport service of water by Tanker. I find it very Twisting for so many days , I cheked so much on internet. There is so confusion on GTA blah, blah , blah. Client is not GTA. This is our Indian Taxation specialty - CONFUSION!!!!, Dhanyavad

There is no confusion. The transportation of water is not a GTA service. Water other than bottled water is exempted.
For the sake of argument even if the transportation is treated as a separate service, though nothing is charged separately, the transport of goods by road transport other than courier and GTA is an exempted service.
Supply of water in tanker by your client is not taxable.
