Dear Expert
in GSTR1 for July 17 we cant save the details when you change the details that time GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/Submit are not allowed for current date, Please visit https://www.gst.gov.in for details on GSTR-1 timelines..
please clarify the same how to submit the GSTR1

Yes.... Now the situation no way for filing GSTR 1 for the month of July...
We ll file GSTR 1 for the month of from 1st December for Filed GSTR 2.
Otherwise no way for filing GSTR 1 July... Wait on Dec-1st
We ll file GSTR 1 for the month of from 1st December for Filed GSTR 2.

if any Interest & Penalty is applicable for delay of filling GSTR1

and penalty will be 200 per day max of 10,000

18% p.a Interest is applicable for Delayed Payments. So, You have Any outstanding Liabilities Please pay it immediately with Interest. If you wait then you ll be pay huge amount of Interest...
Late Fee (It's not Penalty):
As per rule late filing of returns imposed 'Late Fee' Rs. 200 per day as CGST Rs. 100 & SGST Rs. 100. Maximum Rs. 10000 each Rs. 5000/-
But,
My Opinion is CBEC ll give any relaxation for the Late Fee related. Bcoz, The date is extended to UONORMAL due. So, Wait and see the any G.O ll be passed by CBEC...
