if m making inter state supply of non taxable goods/services or exempted goods/services..do i need to get registration???

Yes you have to take registration if you are engaged in inter state supply even if you deal in exempted goods only.

I think no...... if you are dealing into exempted category of goods.. no registration is required at all...
