25 July 2017 we have paid office rent every month Rs.2.10 Lakh. Landlord not register of GST. who can liable to pay the GST. what is GST exemption limit. What is the percentage of GST service charges under Rent.

25 July 2017 18% GST applicable on rent. 20 Lacs is the limit. landlord is liable for GST if he isn't registered you are registered under GST you are liable to pay GST under RCM.

26 July 2017 There is no exemption for rent on commercial property. It is taxable at 18% GST.
If landlord is not registered you are supposed to pay GST under RCM.
Threshold Limit for non-taxability is 20 lakhs in a financial year.
