We are GST registered hotelier, now we wish to start new fmcg under gst, whether we need to take another one new gst number or not, if not what we need to do. can you please update us

06 September 2018 It is an option whether you want to take a separate registration for different business under the same PAN in a state.In case you want to operate under a single GSTN in a state you need to amend your existing registration adding the new business.
