CAN TWO DIFFERENT PROPRIETOR'S HAVE THE SAME PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS UNDER GST REGISTRATION ADDRESS TAB ?.

IS THIS OK HAVE SAME ADDRESS FOR TWO DIFFERENT PAN NO. ?

13 June 2022 Yes it is possible that two different person use the same premises as their place of business. However if a lot of transactions happen between these two people then those can be treated as suspicious transactions and can be investigated by the department.
