Gst registration in multiple states

We providing Cleaning services for various states in contract basis and we hiring employees in local states only, but Invoice raised from Head office bangalore with IGST . But we don't have any establishments other states . If needs to get multiple GSTIN on all the states or One single registration is enough .

08 August 2018 You need to get registered under each state as u r covered under the definition of FIXED ESTABLISHMENT. as per sec. 2(50) of CGST Act

08 August 2018 As you do not have any establishment in any other state, you are not required to take multiple registration. Single registration is enough.
