We are in Service provider in india so can we have taken each state GST Registration. our HO in ahmedabad.

Please suggest

10 June 2017 You have to take separate GST registration in each state where you have branch.

We have only two branch in india , other than we are provide service to client in any where in india.

and that case.?

10 June 2017 You need GST registration for two branches only but you can provide service any where in India. No need of registration in other places you don't have branch.

Our Ho in ahmedabad and we are provide services in Gujarat as well as other state so which tax is applicable IGST or CGST & SGST for us.

13 June 2017 CGST and SGST applicable for services provided in the registered state. IGST applicable to other state.
