A Salaried employee.In future he planning to do a consultant work & employee work also.In his individual name gst registration is possible.Kindly give your guidelines.

19 March 2020 But when you join the company as an employee, you might have signed a declaration that you don't own any business .. If there is no objection from company then you may apply for GST registration
