26 February 2020 Dear Sir/Madam

My friend want to start Industrial Catering business, he will be prepare the food and serve at their premises only and approximate turnover will be 60 Lacs, he can register under Composition Scheme.? since he the owner & individual person what are the document required to register GST.

26 February 2020 Restaurants (not serving alcohol) can opt for composition scheme. * The threshold limit for opting into composition scheme is Rs. 1.5 crores
PAN card, aadhaar card, and a photograph of the sole proprietor.
Bank account details- a copy of canceled cheque or bank statement.( Will required to fill the details immediate after registration )
Address proof of office:- –Own office – Copy of electricity bill/landline bill/water bill/municipal khata copy/ property tax receipt.
