A registered medical practitioner (BAMS) exceeding the GST threshold limit is seeking clarification on registration requirements when contracted by a hotel to provide consultancy services to guests. While healthcare services are generally exempt, the specific nature of the contract, where services are provided to the hotel's spa for its guests, suggests that GST registration may be required in this instance.
Does gst registration is required for Registred medical practitioner(BAMS ) when in consultancy contract with a hotel and his limit is exceeding the threshold limit.
