Does gst registration is required for Registred medical practitioner(BAMS ) when in consultancy contract with a hotel and his limit is exceeding the threshold limit.

Please advise

Just to add ,This is a fixed consultancy contract with the doctor and Place of supply is a Hotel where he is supposed to provide the services to hotel guest as per requirment .It is in other way docter working as a consultant with a Spa of a hotel
