GST RATE on sale of Row Bunglow

09 October 2021 I have a plot . I am going to develop three row bunglow on such plot. Size of each row bunglow is 70 sq. meter. Price each row bunglow is Rs 35 lakh.
I have a question .
What will be the GST Rate if i have sold before completion & after completion ?
Any GST RCM will be applicable on purchases ?

09 October 2021 1% GST applicable before on sale before completion. No GST sale after completion.
RCM applicable for non compliance of the condition in Notification No. 3/2019 dated 29th March 2019 specifies that 80% of inputs and input services should be procured from registered person.
