Gst paid on import of the goods

While importing the goods we have paid the GST. Please let me know whether the same has to be shown in the GST returns. If yes where exactly we need to show it?

Show it under gstr-3 b under 4(A)(1) import of goods. For claiming ITC.

Sir this a medical equipment. We use it for giving service to our patients. Cam we claim ITC on the same?

It is not used fro personal use. But it is used for health service. And it is exempt from GST.

As health services exempt from GST ITC can't be claimed.
