Gst on stock transfer between factory to depot

Kindly let me know the Procedure and GST Rates for the Stock Transfer from Factory to depot in TN and Factory to Depot outside TN.

04 July 2017 Factory to depot in TN
Stock Transfer (Intra-State)
Two establishments of same entity within same state would get covered under single GSTIN (GST registration number). Thus, any stock transfer between them would not amount to supply and thus, no tax would be levied.

Factory to Depot outside TN.
IGST payable on such transfer.

One more Query,
1) In such case of Outside Stock Transfer, Is it IGST will be my Cost , because i am not collecting from Customer
2) From Depot to Distributor Sale - Again needs to Charge GST , How possible to take ITC

2 From Depot to Distributor Sale needs to Charge GST and claim ITC.
