Gst on sortex plant for cleaning of wheat

our client have a sortex machine and do the job work of Wheat and methy seed cleaning and grading (quality and colour basis ) .
Is GST is applicable on that?

As per my understanding, though you call it as job work, some labour work is involved in that and processing of cleaning and grading , hence it may come under a service and liable for GST @18%
