i have a query regarding GST on Royalty. As Royalty means using of copyright material, r we taxable under RCM (Since copyright material are liable under RCM.

Yes, on royalty GST will apply under reverse charge mechanism. Further, such payment of GST under reverse charge mechanism would be eligible as ITC in the hands of the recipient of supply for payment of GST.

Ok TQ Mam i have an another query about NAC (National academy of Construction) on which gst is to be paid. Can we claim input tax credit on it.
