07 August 2018 If an LLP pays a rent on property Rs. 70000 per month, than the LLP is liable to pay GST on Rent (Under RCM) if owner of property is registered under GST & also another case if the owner of property is not registered under GST.

08 August 2018 If landlord is registered under GST Than GST to be paid to landlord and claim ITC.

If landlord not registered under GST, RCM not applicable since GST Is deferred till September 2019
