Gst on maintenance charges after occupancy

24 April 2018 i have bought an apartment, First payment was made after completion order received where GST is Not Applicable. The maintenance charges are also mentioned in the agreement for sale. Now i have to pay the maintenance, Am i liable to pay GST on maintenance.

02 May 2018 Thanks, to my knowledge when i purchase an apartment after occupancy certificate GST is not applicable then why GST applicable on Maintenance charges.

02 May 2018 Because, there are two things for GST. One is purchase, which is exempt. Second, maintenance charges, which is exempt up to 7,500 per month.
