Gst on lease rent by noida authority

08 November 2019 sir,my lease rent is below Rs.5000/- per year, is there GST on it by RCM. Noida authority is asking to pay GST on it by RCM. and the lease rent dues is calculated with interest. if applicable, then GST be paid on out- standing before 2017-18 or not. please reply.......gulshandhingra
