02 April 2018 We are wholesaler registered under GST. We need two cargo vans (ECO) for supply of our goods in Delhi / NCR on daily rental basis. VAN owners is not registered under GST. I have to know is there GST payable by us under RCM ? If yes, at which rate 18 or 5 ?

03 April 2018 No need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis if the Transporter is not GTA...

03 April 2018 If transporter is not GTA i.e not issue builty then no need to pay GST If he is GTA then pay @5%

03 April 2018 If supplier is GTA then you are required to pay GST under RCM and you can avail the credit of the same.
