Gst on goods transported through passenger vehicle

A person basically provides transportation of passenger services also provides Goods transportation of other persons i.e it also provides goods transportation of non-passengers on consideration and issues consignment notes IS THIS TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS CAN BECONSIDERED AS GTA.??

Yes.If any person transport goods & issues consignment note than same is GTA as per GST.

Can u help further...The Rate of GTA transportation is 5% with NO ITC.
Can u please explain NO ITC means GTA is not eligible or ITC or person receiving these service is not eligible of ITC.

Only GTA is not eligible for ITC.
Person paying GST on RCM basis can claim ITC on it

It will be very kind of you if you help me in this regard:
Here in my case Bus operator is providing transportation of goods along with passenger transport. Total turnover of goods transport does not exceed Rs. 20 Lacs but total turnover along with passenger transport exceeds 20lacs. And mostly transportation of goods service is provided to unregistered dealers. Do i need to Register for GTA services?? And if yes then i should charge @5%.....am i right.????

You have to apply for GST as your total turnover Rs.20,00,000.
If your mostly services are to unregistered then you have to pay 5% GST.
