As we know GST is exempt on electricity.
But one of our landlord charging GST on reimbursement of electricity citing the reason that he is not electricity supplier but just paying on behalf of ours.
Please provide inputs

GST not applicable on pure agent service, i.e. reimbursement of actual expenses.

can we take itc on payment of gst on electricity reimbursement to lanlord

ITC can be taken if he issue b2b tax invoice.
