29 April 2019 We want to cancel our gst registration number with effect 31.03.2019, whether we first need to file annual return and then apply for cancellation of number or after applying for cancellation of gst registration number we can file annual return ??

30 April 2019 Its better to file annual return first and then apply for cancellation. also make sure all returns till the date of applying for cancellation are filed along with late fees or tax if any.
