05 June 2018 A Transporter is register under gst but he is not charge gst on service provided by him. What will have to be done as he say receiver of service had to pay tax (under RCM ) because he is in GTA. Is it possible?

05 June 2018 Yes... GTA can't charge GST in his bill. Service receiver ll pay Tax under RCM basis...

05 June 2018 And what they have to fill in their return.
1. If he fill some value then tax has to be paid (as per rule receiver not pay tax under RCM basis then GTA have to pay)
2. If he has no fill the detail in return then what is to be in GST fill in gst return (i.e. he always fill return with nil rate)

05 June 2018 While filing GSTR 1 return, they have to select option 'reverse charge applicable' for those invoices.
