Dear Experts
we are having two states GST Registrations AP & Mumbai . In mumbai only for marketing branch there is no sales in mumbai . in this case can we transfer the ITC mumbai to AP. Pl suggest

Then you do not need Mumbai Registration.You should surrender it.
No, you can not transfer ITC from Mumbai to AP unless there is transfer of goods or services.
I suggest you take some orders in Mumbai and utilise the accumulated ITC.
