Gst is liable on rent received jointly owned

10 July 2018 My client had purchased property in name of husband and wife jointly and thereafter received RentHusband is registered under GST act and paid tax on rent but wife is not registered under GST Act and not paid any taxWhether wife is liable to tax under GST act ?
