Mr A came from delhi to jharkhand stay in hotel bill Rs.10000 .Mr.A said send bill in favour of our co. Name pqr ltd in Delhi.IGST WILL APPLIED?

24 April 2018 The service of Hotel has been supplied in Jharkhand not in Delhi hence CGST and SGST is chargeable not IGST as place of supply is with in State.
