GST Input on Insurance claim received portion in Bill

Hi,
Our pickup van for goods transportation got an accident and we got a GST bill of its maintenance around 1 lakh. Major portion (80%) of the bill got insurance claim. I have a doubt that can we take input gst of the whole bill amount ? Please help

Yes, you can take full ITC on the maintenance bill.
