09 June 2017 Dear all, can any one pls advice what is the impact of GST on exporter and what are the replacement of H form and C form under GST pls reply soon Thanks in advance Rakesh srivastav

09 June 2017 No GST payable on exports but for export purchases GST has to be paid and input tax refund can be claimed, no H form like facility available under GST. No C form like in GST IGST has to be paid on interstate trade.

09 June 2017 thanks Mr. Seetharaman it means all the H Form and C form declaration concept are no longer working in GST
