Gst Me Hsn code wise maintain krna he to kya ek medical store vale ki accounting kisi tarah se maintain krna hoga Because unme Bahut type ke item hote he Hsn code?

yes, you need to do that. Why dont you try for some good software? ACME seems to be good one for medical store. (Please note I am not ACME dealer)

Person below 1.5 cr turnover are not required to follow HSN.
B/w 1.5 cr to 5 cr shall use First 2 digit of HSN Code.
Above 5 crore 4 digit HSN Code is required
Those who import export has to mandatorily follow 8 digit HSN Code.
