A NGO got a contract of skill development from a pvt. company of Rs.80 lakh per year.
Is NGO need to take GST registration?
Pvt co. having got contract from govt. for skill development & non GST invoice.

Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship by way of assessments under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme is exempt from GST.
Hence no need for GST registration for NGO.
