I am earning 8 lac per annum from commercial rent out with no other income. Do i have to pay GST, if so what %. Thanks

You are not required to pay GST. GST will be applicable only if you income exceeds Rs.20 Lakhs.

If your turnover is below 2000000/- no need to get register in GST.
Once you get registered you have to pay tax on it.
