I have been operating Tours & Travel company from Nepal. We provide tour packages in Nepal as well as India.
As a tour operator from Nepal, will there be any GST liability for tour packages of India?

GST applicable on tour packages in India.
If the tour is on principal basis then the place of supply of service shall be the location of performance of service i.e. in India and Taxable @ 5% without ITC.
