Gst for canteen sales

06 July 2017 Dear Experts,

We run a canteen in a company. We sell packed items (Eg biscuits , chips ,etc) . We also sell snacks (Eg samosa , sandwiches , tea ,etc). What will be the gst rates for the same? Also how would invoicing be done? since there may be a 10 Rs sale as well to individuals?

06 July 2017 Thanks for your advice. However we also provide meals to corporates which is covered under outdoor catering services @ 18% . Since we are a service provider , we are not eligible for composition scheme. In our situation where composition scheme is not available , how do we charge GST on canteen sales?
