Dear sir,
We have taken new office in haryana, while we don't have Gst no. for Haryana new office. So office owner has raised Rent invoice in our Gujarat GST No.
Can we take this IGST ?

You can't take IGST credit.
The place of supply in case of immovable property is the location of the property.
Rent invoice has to be raised with cgst and sgst as unregistered .
