23 February 2018 Employer has taken Group Life insurance policy , Group Term Insurance Policy and mediclaim policy for his employee , and paid renewal premium .
is employer is eligible to take GST Credit on insurance policy premium .

23 February 2018 In my view it is not allowed if it doesn't form part of CTC of employees and is not a statutory obligation on the part of employer.
