I am recruitment consultant and providing executive search services PAN India.

my turnover is below 20 Lakh p.a.

can I cancel my GST registration number.

You can cancel GST registration

Registration for persons who makes inter- State supply of services and have aggregate turnover less than Rs. 20 lac, p.a. is exempted. Refer Notification No. 10/2017- Integrated Tax dated 13.10.2017
